I spent months being treated for what I was told was primarily a muscular TMJ disorder. The diagnosis that ultimately explained my symptoms and led to meaningful relief came from other specialists. I came to Dr. Kathi in late 2025 for severe TMJ symptoms, including chronic jaw pain, headaches, ear pain, facial swelling, difficulty chewing, and pain when speaking. After a CBCT scan and evaluation, I was diagnosed with a primarily muscular TMJ disorder and was prescribed physical therapy, trigger point injections, and a Panthera X3 mandibular advancement device (MAD). To be fair, I initially experienced some relief and would estimate about a 20% improvement in my symptoms for approximately one week which was the most I had experienced in months. Unfortunately, that improvement did not last. Over the following months, I experienced additional bite changes and found myself relying on temporary treatments while my symptoms persisted. Eventually, I sought a second opinion from a prosthodontist. Within a single consultation, he concluded that my wisdom teeth and bite were significant contributors to my symptoms and that the MAD prescribed by Dr. Kathi had contributed to the bite changes

If you have a complex medical or dental/TMJ history I would NOT recommend this office. Dr. Wilson offered therapies that would have ultimately worsened my current issues. Not to mention the radiologists read on the CBCT was blatantly incorrect and the imaging had to be sent back, causing a delay in care. Additionally, the imaging addendum provided minimal information. If you are concerned about joint damage, structural issues, or if your jaw is catching and locking frequently I would recommend seeing an Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon over this office as they lack the background to treat more complex TMJ related issues.

We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Wilson and team for TMJ treatment for my daughter. From the very first visit, the care and attention she received were exceptional. The team took the time to thoroughly explain her condition, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. What stood out most was how compassionate and patient they were with her. TMJ issues can be stressful, especially for a young person, but they made her feel at ease and confident in her treatment plan. The approach was not only professional but also personalized to her specific needs. The results have been incredible. She has experienced significant relief from pain and discomfort, and her quality of life has improved noticeably. Itβs such a relief as a parent to see your child feeling better and able to get back to normal activities without constant pain. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson and her team to anyone dealing with similar issues. Their expertise, kindness, and commitment to patient care truly make a difference.

I was in a car accident and was told to call this TMJ company. I have been trying to contact them gave them my information. The owner Miss Wilson got on the phone very nasty telling me I was bugging her Employees because I asked them what was going on with them and contacting my insurance company so I do not have to pay their high fees because itβs cause from a car accident that will pay for it. I gave them my information Over four weeks ago and they have not responded. The owner hung up on me today telling me Iβm bugging their employees because Iβm asking too many questions. I would rather be in pain then go give them the money because the owner said itβs my office and I donβt care. So disrespectful and Racist.
